Provision a new MongoDB enabled CosmosDB using ASO and then deploy the application using ArgoCD with the corresponding [helm chart values here](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/aks-store-demo/blob/c310efdec2106e017587e1f6a81cf96d98daffea/charts/aks-store-demo/values.yaml#L36).
