Assistant not responding, seems like continuously detecting noise.

`azd up` the solution, press 'P', assistant starts listening. I can see what I say transcribed in the UI but I never get a response back.
It seems like if it is detecting noise continuously and therefore, never stops listening and start answering. I look at the noise Server Turn Detection Threshold and is on 0.5 (default) which works fine directly on Foundry Real-Time audio Playground.

Have you seen this? any hints are appreciated. Thanks!
