Account/Manage resource not found

Minor issue...

When logged in, clicking on the user's name in the navbar links to "/Account/Manage" which isn't defined in the repo.

Maybe just remove that link or provide a simple detail view of the logged on user's info?

Resolve the undefined destination by either removing the link or providing the requested user detail view, then verify the logged-in navigation flow no longer reaches a missing resource.
