Add instruction to deploy into the resource group that was previously created

In deployment of resources [section](https://github.com/Azure-Samples/IoTDemos/tree/master/WorkplaceHealthAndSafetyDemo#deployment-of-resources), after step 7, should add a step to select the resource group that was created in the above [section].(https://github.com/Azure-Samples/IoTDemos/tree/master/WorkplaceHealthAndSafetyDemo#deployment-of-resources)

Open the WorkplaceHealthAndSafetyDemo "Deployment of resources" section and review the steps through step 7. Add an instruction after step 7 to select the resource group created in the earlier section, then verify the links and deployment sequence read correctly.
