Deployment fails due to invalid variable names and deprecated providers

Im getting errors on deployment. The one issue I experienced was an invalid value one a remote debugging variable. Deploying the developer version runs into errors as the Microsoft.TimeSeriesInsights provider is not registered. I cannot find this in the list of providers on my PayAsYouGo subscription.

Start by reproducing the deployment with the developer version and review the deployment parameters for the remote debugging variable. Then check the Azure provider registration requirements for Microsoft.TimeSeriesInsights under a PayAsYouGo subscription. Done means the deployment completes without the invalid-variable error and without requiring an unavailable provider.
