Enhancement: App Insights Support for Copilot Studio

### What is it?
The Power Platform Terraform Provider is expected to add support for configuring **Copilot Studio App Insights**. Once available, this pattern can be updated to:

- Configure App Insights connection automatically via HCL
- Optionally deploy a general-purpose Copilot Studio dashboard for monitoring

### Definition of Done
- Monitor the provider release and verify App Insights support is available
- Update the pattern to initialize the App Insights connection through Terraform
- (Optional) Add a default dashboard deployment, if supported
- Include documentation on how the App Insights integration works and how users can opt-in or customize it

Simplifies observability setup for Copilot Studio users and gives them a jumpstart on telemetry. Greatly improves developer and admin experience by reducing manual configuration work.
