[Scenario]: Demonstrate Graph API

### Describe the scenario

Demonstrate a scenario with a graph API such as an expansion of the OAuth Sample with Spotify. We can query multiple Rest API endpoints as HTTP resolves for the frontend Graph API call.

### Improvement to Project

This will show how to use Graph API with API Management and demonstrate how backend Rest API calls can be made for non-native Graph APIs.
