**Describe the bug**
https://github.com/Azure-Samples/ASA-Samples-Event-Driven-Application fails azd up with the following error:

ERROR: initializing project: initializing service 'simple-event-driven-app', Azure Spring Apps is no longer supported. Recommend using Azure Container Apps. For more information, please refer to https://aka.ms/asaretirement

azd init -t Azure-Samples/ASA-Samples-Event-Driven-Application
azd up
