Description
The bundled `larod-sys` bindings have changed, but the changes are not yet accounted for in safe bindings. Note that no safe `larod` crate exists yet, so this issue is input to that work rather than a change request against an existing crate. Each section below corresponds to one SDK bump; when the SDK is bumped again, add a new section with the changes introduced by that bump.
