[Phone Connect] Display connected device in priority

I usually have 2 devices connected to my desktop with kdeconnect: my phone and my laptop. While my phone is almost always connected, my laptop is rarely since i don't really use both my desktop and laptop at the same time. The issue is, every time DMS launches, the plugin defaults to display the first device in the list, so I have to manually select my phone instead.

A good fix for this would be to just display the first connected device in the list instead, and potentially be able to set a priority list in the plugin's setting (for example if i want my phone to be displayed by default even if my laptop is also connected)

Start by locating the Phone Connect plugin's launch behavior and device-selection logic. Check how connected devices are ordered and which device is selected when DMS starts. Done means the first connected device is displayed by default; a configurable priority list is an optional extension mentioned in the issue.
