[DankDesktopWeather] Hourly forecast should starts at current time

I'm trying out the dank desktop weather widget but the hourly forecast in not really useful in this state.
For example, right now its 16:16 CET and this is the hourly forecast I get;

I looked at the code but couldn't find where we were making the web request to retrieve the forecast.

Start by locating the DankDesktopWeather widget and the code that retrieves its hourly forecast, since the issue does not identify a file or test. Confirm the current forecast ordering and adjust the behavior so the hourly view begins at the current time; done means the displayed hours no longer begin earlier than now.
