feature request: Clipboard launcher plugin

I know dank has the widget for searching in the clipboard history but it would be nice to have it available in the launcher as well. Selecting an entry should just put it in the clipboard again.

Start by locating the existing clipboard-history widget and the launcher plugin entry point in dms-plugins. Trace how clipboard entries are displayed and selected, then verify that the launcher exposes those entries and that selecting one restores it to the clipboard.
