Prioritize audio streams in the media widget of certain apps over others

## Feature Description

Add an option where we can set a string to match certain app-id's so that it will be shown in the media widget even if there's other audio streams existing.

## Use Case

Say I'm watching some more text-focused videos in the browser and play some music through my music player in the background, I'd like the media info of the background music to be shown on the media widget. Moreover, it is helpful in this case that I can use playback control in the widget without switching focus to the music player.
