### Description

Opening launcher with Keybind uses correct animation and position, hovering with the cursor does not.

### Expected Behavior

Launcher should open the same way regardless of being toggled with a keybind, or hovered with the cursor.

1. Enable Frame
2. Set "surface behaviour" to "Connected"
3. Enable "Edge Hover Reveal"

Reproduce the issue in DankMaterialShell with Frame enabled, Surface Behaviour set to Connected, and Edge Hover Reveal enabled.
