### Description

When the bar is set to island mode, the volume OSD for changing the volume of an MPRIS player still appears as a regular OSD instead of being integrated into the island

### Expected Behavior

The volume osd appears in the island

### Steps to Reproduce

1. enable island
2. run `dms ipc call mpris decrement 5`

Start with the `dms ipc call mpris decrement 5` and `dms ipc call audio increment 5` entry points, then trace how each volume OSD is placed when island mode is enabled. Done means an MPRIS volume change appears integrated into the island like the normal audio OSD, while the existing command still works.
