Description
### Feature Description
In Clipboard History, image entries show an **Edit** action, but clicking it does nothing. Text entries open the editor as expected; image entries appear to be a no-op.
### Use Case
Would be good to be able to open Satty or similar image annotation tool by clicking on this button.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by tracing the Clipboard History implementation from the image-entry Edit action, compare it with the working text-entry editor path, and check how Satty or another image annotation tool could be invoked. Done means clicking Edit on an image opens an annotation tool instead of doing nothing.
