Edit button in Clipboard History for image entries

### Feature Description

In Clipboard History, image entries show an **Edit** action, but clicking it does nothing. Text entries open the editor as expected; image entries appear to be a no-op.

Would be good to be able to open Satty or similar image annotation tool by clicking on this button.
