Description

### Feature Description

Turns out if I make the Border Size in Hyprland 0px, I'm unable to click and drag to resize windows. The fix is either giving borders a size and making it possible for them to be transparent, or, also adding the extend_border_grab_area override. That'd be a great addition. Thanks!

Research direction

The issue names Hyprland but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how Hyprland-specific border settings and compositor overrides are represented, then verify the behavior with a zero-pixel border. Done means window resizing remains draggable while border opacity can be overridden and extend_border_grab_area is supported.
