Option to require pressure to reveal the dock when hidden

I want to use an option to require moving the mouse a bit more than just touching the edge of the screen to reveal the dock.

It's way too easy to accidentally reveal the dock when reaching for something on the bottom of a window.

### Proposed Solution

A slider in the dock visibility settings available when autohide or intellihide is enabled to control how much pressure it needs. This pressure would be pixel movement off screen needed to activate the dock.

None that I'm aware of.

Start by locating the dock visibility settings and the autohide or intellihide edge-reveal handling.
