Dank Dash: Volume Widget Does Not Control Helium Browser

The volume widget in Dank Dash does not control the volume of the Helium browser.

I have set the volume to 0 and it does not affect the volume only happens on helium browser though.

Start by reproducing the issue with Helium and the volume widget, then trace the desktop shell's audio-volume integration to see why Helium is unaffected. Done means setting the widget to 0 changes Helium's volume while preserving volume control for other applications.
