### Description

Simply ticking the CPU tracking box in System Monitor Desktop Widget makes most (Helldivers 2, Doom TDA, Khazan) games stutter periodically for me. Disabling the CPU option eliminates the issue

### Expected Behavior

CPU tracking option not affecting performance at all.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Add System Monitor widget to desktop
2. Enable CPU tracking option in widget settings

Recording added a bit of unrelated stuttering though the problem still should be visible.

Start with the System Monitor desktop widget and reproduce the issue by enabling its CPU tracking option, comparing gameplay with CPU tracking enabled and disabled. Use the provided DMS Doctor report and recording as environment and symptom references. Done means CPU tracking remains enabled without the periodic game stuttering reported on Hyprland or niri.
