individual settings for instances of Apps Dock widget for Dank Bar / and more settigns

### Feature Description

I would like to separate shortcuts for pinned apps from the open apps icons, therefore I think it would be nice to create 2 Apps Dock widgets and be able to choose for each one if we want to display pinned apps or not / and opened apps or not.

However I noticed that when we have multiple instances of the Apps Dock widget (at least in the same Dank Bar), that any widget configuration will apply on every instances. I guess that would forbid the separation of favorite shortcuts and open windows that way...

I think it would be nice to have boolean settings such as :
```
[ ] display pinned apps icons
[ ] display running apps icons
```
on a per widget basis.

- just lowering the max value to 0, if doable, would display an extra icons number notification, that would be out of place. But if this notification was disabled with 0, I guess it would also do the trick ?

Start from the Apps Dock widget and trace how its configuration is stored and applied when multiple instances appear in the same Dank Bar. Done means each instance can independently toggle pinned and running app icons, with no misplaced count notification when a category is disabled.
