Some applications do not correctly update their theme after switching between Light and Dark mode

When switching between the system Light and Dark appearance, some applications do not update their theme correctly.

Some applications remain in the previous theme or render incorrectly. For example:

Nautilus stays in Dark mode after switching to Light mode.
Some applications display incorrect CSS/styling after the theme change.

(I could not find something similar to my issue i don'tl know what to search sorry if this is a duplicate report)
