Description
### Feature Description
Hi! First, thank you for all the work you've put into Dank Material Shell. I've really been enjoying it.
I'd like to request additional scrolling configuration options in the Settings.
### Requested Features
* A dedicated **Scrolling** section in Settings.
* Ability to enable/disable workspace switching via scroll.
* Option to customize scroll direction (natural/reversed).
* Adjustable scroll sensitivity and speed.
* Ability to choose what scrolling affects (workspaces, overview, etc.).
* Option to disable accidental workspace switching.
### Niri-like Scrolling in hyperland
It would also be great to have scrolling behavior similar to Niri, where:
* Workspace switching via the mouse wheel feels smooth and predictable.
* Scrolling can cycle through workspaces naturally.
* Users can configure whether scrolling wraps from the last workspace back to the first.
* The behavior is configurable so users can choose between the current implementation and a Niri-style experience in hyperland.
Having these options would make Dank Material Shell more flexible and allow users to tailor the desktop experience to their workflow.
Thank you for considering this feature request!

Research direction
Start by locating the Settings implementation and the existing workspace-scrolling behavior for the supported compositors, especially hyperland. Define the configuration scope and behavior for sensitivity, direction, workspace targets, wrapping, and accidental switching; done means the requested options are available and the resulting scrolling behavior is verified.
