### Description

buggy UI, idk why my control panel has a black square over it..

### Expected Behavior

no black square

### Steps to Reproduce

install dms-shell, enable the dock, and put the bar on the left side of the screen, then open the control panel, instead of opening on top of the dock, the dock itself will phase through the UI, and if you click the power button the control panel will become black

Reproduce this on Arch Linux with Hyprland by enabling the dock, placing the bar on the left, opening the control panel, and clicking the power button. Use the attached screenshot and observed layering to identify why the dock appears through the panel or the panel turns black; done means the control panel opens above the dock and remains visible after that click.
