Hi, I noticed in the recent hyprland update the layout system was changed and it seems like when you toggle your special workspace on top of a fullscreen window then, even though the bar and doc become unresponsive even though there being drawn.

Hi, I noticed in the recent hyprland update the layout system was changed and it seems like when you toggle your special workspace on top of a fullscreen window then, even though the bar and doc become unresponsive even though there being drawn.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. make a window full screen in hyprland
2. toggle special workspace
3. try clicking on the bar and doc.
