Description
### Feature Description
Yea, so essentially i came to love, that the workspace switcher shows the app icons, so i can see on a glance which apps are open on what workspace and in what order. The only thing missing is basically to be able to click the icon of the specific app i wanna jump to, so it switches not only to the workspace but also to the app i clicked. Essentially like the dock behaves, only the dock doesnt give me any idea about workspaces and order.
Granted this is specifically in conjunction with niri, but i imagine other compositors could benefit as well.
### Use Case
General UI/UX Improvement for app finding and switching.
With that option you instantly have all the info you need:
Number of workspaces, active workspace (through highlighting the respective dock), active/open apps and order of the apps on any given workspace.
### Compositor(s)
Niri

### Proposed Solution
So my idea is to have an option where you can toggle "all workspaces spawn their own dock". I think i dont need to say more.
### Alternatives/Existing Solutions
Alternatively it would be useful to have the dock itself sort all active/open apps based on the workspace, simiiar to how the workspace switcher looks when activating app icons.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the workspace switcher and dock components, then review the Niri compositor integration to understand how workspace and app ordering are exposed. Done means an option can show a separate dock for each workspace and selecting an app switches to its workspace and focuses that app.
