### Description

Despite Adding Apps As Startup app From Settings They Do Not Start When Device Restarts or Turns On.

### Expected Behavior

It Should Start App / CMD / Script When Device Starts.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Any App As Start-Up. (I have OpenRGB, MegaSync)
2. Restart Device.
