Support overwriting launcher shortcuts for plugins

### Feature Description

When plugins have overlapping shortcuts, one of them is impossible to trigger. There should be a way to overwrite its internal setting and let users decide what will trigger each individually.

In the picture bellow you can see that Hyperland switcher and screen recorder are triggered by `!`. I can only use the hyprland switcher.
