### Feature Description

1. Allow User to have frame smaller then 24px.
2. In Both Mode If The Widgets Are Bigger Than The Frame Then Expand Frame To Occupy Require Space (Similar to connected Mode POP-UP.

### Use Case

Better Customization & Only Half Frame Will Not Be Visible Behind Bar / Widget.
