Disable launcher sorting and filtering for plugins (opt-in)

### Feature Description

When making a launcher plugin, I would like to tell DMS that I don't want it to filter and sort the results that my plugin provides.

### Use Case

I'm making a launcher plugin to access/play my music library.
I want to be able to display an album track list without it being reordered by the launcher.

### Proposed Solution

This could be a new field in the plugin manifest.
