### Description

With Hide on Fullscreen, when you fullscreen then unfullscreen a maximized window, the bar and dock don't reappear.
Making the window title change in some way (running a command in Ghostty, going into a new dir in Thunar, opening a new browser tab), unmaximizing the window, switching windows/workspaces, or opening the overview will make it visible again.

Tbh, this made me rediscover the Hide on Fullscreen option and imma turn it off cuz i like that better now lul

1. Use the bar and/or dock with Hide on Fullscreen
2. maximize-window-to-edges a window
3. fullscreen it
4. wait for it to fully be fullscreen, spamming sometimes doesn't work
5. unfullscreen it
