Add air quality to weather

Well DMS doesn't have an alternative yet, so I guess just using the API for yourself

Start by locating the existing weather data request and the detailed-weather and short-mode views. Read the Open-Meteo Air Quality API documentation and trace how weather data is shown across compositors. Done means air quality appears with detailed weather information and remains hidden in short mode for all compositors.
