"Bottom" Goth Corners

I would like to add goth corners in the opposite corners from the main bar, for example, bottom corners.

### Proposed Solution

Either turning on goth corners apply the style to all four corners or a separated switch to add goth corners to opposite corners of the main bar.

### Alternatives/Existing Solutions

Currently, the only way I was able to achieve something like that is adding an empty bar to the bottom, but since we can't set 0 height to bars, a little bit of screen is lost doing that. See screenshot below for example.
