### Description

Exit menus shows sevral ooptions, all needs 500ms of holding except for restart MDS.
That's tottally inconsistent UX.

### Expected Behavior

Restart DMS option should also require holding action to trigger , same as others

### Steps to Reproduce

1. go to top panel exit button and activate menu options
2. click to activate "Restart DMS" action

Start at the top-panel exit button and inspect the exit menu options, especially the Restart DMS action and the other actions that require a 500ms hold. Make Restart DMS follow the same hold-to-activate behavior, then verify all exit menu options behave consistently by reproducing the listed steps.
