Change number of Shown Workspaces

I would like to change the number of shown workspaces in the settings without making persistent workspaces in Hyprland.

### Use Case

I like it when all the Workspaces that I use are always shown even when empty. This can be done with Persistent workspaces in hyprland, but that creates other issues where all the Workspaces get appointed to a monitor and when the Wallpaper changes and the theming gets applied it resets all the Workspaces to the monitor it thinks it belongs too. This happens because the Hyprland config gets reloaded.

### Proposed Solution

A setting in the DMS Settings where you can say I want for example 5 Workspaces always visible and these are then visible in the bar without making them persistent.
