Option to disable focused border on certain dms items

### Feature Description

for example : the ability to disable the focused border on dms text boxes (for example the search bar on DMS launcher) and the ability to disable the focused border on selected options inside modals (for example the focused border in the power menu modal)

because its just the right time to have an option to disable borders , it looks nicer with dms blur
