Some basic configuration

### Feature Description

I use DMS & it's fine not final bose.
I found many things missing point are listed below.
1. Width of Bar, It's fixed to full width & I want something like floating pill
2. No custom border-radius for elements like I want only widget elements radius to 100px and global to 24px which I'm not able to do it .
3. In control centre bar widget are to closed, they should have option for global bar padding or choose custom one, I want aesthetic look so each element have same spaceing.
4. Multiple bottom dock in horizontal position, I want minimal setup like app dock seprator bar dock where I can add bar widget.

If these options are enabled it will become best shell for me
