### Description

ProtonVPN GUI app doesn't start. Yet the VPN is correctly connected, it's just the GUI that is not working, and also the tray icon is missing. This has been an issue since DMS 1.4

### Expected Behavior

Before DMS 1.4 I could easily open the GUI app and the tray icon was there. Other tray icons are working, in ex. Telegram

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Niri session with DMS
2. Open the launcher
3. Launch ProtonVPN GUI app
4. It doen't show up
5. (Also the tray icon is missing)
