Custom workspaces size

### Feature Description

Add option to resize the workspaces in the Workspaces widget by category, so that we can setup a different height and width for Focused, Occupied, and Unfocused workspaces separately.

### Use Case

I for example use the bar vertically so I like to make all my workspaces thin pills: the empty ones are small pills, the inactive ones are medium pills, and the active one is a long pill.

Other users could use it to have all circle workspaces, and so on.
