I'm trying to install this on Gentoo with OpenRC via the quilat-overlay shown in the docs and it asks for a github username and password when running the `emaint` command so that tells me the repo went private maybe (also evident by the 404 page when opening the link). I'm guessing the other overlays provided don't support OpenRC, what happened to quilat-overlay?
