Giving the user the choice to encrypt their note with a specified pgp key.

### Use Case

I believe it'd be not only important to just me but to other power users as well. I take lots of notes and sometimes I note down things I'd like to be private, such as my crypto wallet seeds, api keys, etc. I could use gpg from the command line, which I do, but it'd be nice to have the option to pick a pgp to encrypt with, with the option to also pick the recipients.
