Add possibility to run dms faster

Add possibility to change the jit compilation of quickshell to the aot.

### Use Case

If you do it, everybody can run niri with dms faster.

Now I tell the story why i want it. Some day before I install arch with niri and dms. After some time where i want to know why my background stays grey after login for 3 seconds and then it looks like dms starts initing. I tried to find out why it is. I looks in logs and found that dms starts immediately, but starts quickshell takes too much time. After all I tried to see logs of quickshell, and saw that whenever I starts dms quickshell compiles using virtual paths.
