Clock widget 12 Hours time without AM/PM text

### Feature Description

Add an option to display the clock widget in 12-hour format without showing the AM/PM indicator.

`11:00 AM` should be visible as `11:00`
`11:00 PM` should be visible as `11:00`

### Use Case

The AM/PM indicator can be redundant for users who can easily distinguish between morning and evening hours based on context. This would provide more flexibility in customizing the clock widget's appearance.
