### Description

I just update today from 1.2 to 1.4 and then i realize that the number showing the volume level on the alert is now capped to 100%

### Expected Behavior

I expected it to continue working as before without the cap so i dont need to open the dms menu to see the volume level i have, or at least make a config option to restore that behavior

### Steps to Reproduce

1. increase volume with `wpctl set-volume @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SINK@ 0.1+`
2. the number shown is capped at 100% only on volume alert, the one in the dms show the right number

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by locating the volume alert implementation and compare its displayed level with the DMS menu value, reproducing the issue with `wpctl set-volume @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SINK@ 0.1+`. Done means the alert reports volume above 100% consistently with the menu, with a regression check if this area has tests.
