add an animation "bump" when the end of a column or row is reached

### Feature Description

The row would move over slightly and snap back when attempting to change focus to the last window in a row (or column).

### Use Case

I'm still learning, but there have been a few times that I forgot I have no further windows to the right and I momentarily think something is wrong. A slight animation that would cause the window to move to the left about 5-10% of the width and then snap back to the right would make you "feel" the boundary.
