When having a panel open(clock, control center), clicking on secondary monitor doesn't close it.

No file, test, or entry point is named. First reproduce the behavior with a clock or control-center panel open, then click the secondary monitor across the supported compositors. Done means the open panel closes when that outside-monitor click occurs, without breaking normal panel interactions.
