Ongoing Hibernation visual representation

### Feature Description

I enabled hibernation on my machine and now when I execute it, it locks the screen with the DMS screen lock and then for a duration of some seconds just freezes the screen until it shuts of.
Same for wake up, the lock screen is shown and frozen until the machine is ready for login.

### Use Case

I´d like to see a visual hibernation message so as a user I know what is going on and when I am able to use my device.

### Proposed Solution

Executing hibernation, locking the screen is fine and then transitioning to a new screen showing "Hibernating..." - making it clear to the user that the machine is doing it.
Same for starting again, before showing the lock screen, "Waking up..." could be shown until the lock screen takes over when the machine is ready.
