When In Launcher App Is Renamed It Should Update Its Name Everywhere Like In Share Target's, KDE Settings, Alt Tab View, Dock etc.

### Expected Behavior

When App Is Renamed It Should All The Places Like In Alt Tab View, Dock, & Other Places Similar To How Menu Editor's Rename Functionality Works.

Open App Launcher.
Right Click Any App.
Click Edit.
Change Name.
