Bar connections

I think in my opinion, its nice to have like bars that kinda border the screen, i tried to go for something that looks similar to caelestia shell, and it looks very goofy, especially because the bars are so thick and dont really connect, but it would be nice have like the bordered look instead of just one bar with widgets on it

If people dont want borders around the screen they can just disable in settings
