### Description

The combination of a horizontal bar and a vertical bar result in a few overlapping issues.

### Expected Behavior

These two bars should not overlap

### Steps to Reproduce & Installation Method

1. Add a horizontal bar, place it at the top and enable goth corners
2. Add a vertical bar, place it on the left, enable goth corners and enable transparency
=> You will be able to see a fine white line
3. Enable square corners on the vertical bar
=> You will see the bars overlapping
4. Add a widget to the left section of the vertical bar
5. Enable outlines for the widget
=> You will see a sliver of the top of the widget is cut off

Reproduce the four bar and corner configurations described in the issue using the reported Hyprland setup, then start by inspecting shell.qml and the bar settings in settings.json. Done means horizontal and vertical bars do not overlap, no white line appears, and outlined widgets are not clipped.
